  Henry entered every piece of our information incorrectly, double billed us repeatedly, and completely failed to provide us with the level of service that we experienced with every other State Farm agent we have worked with. Pick any other agent in the area.

  I initially called Henry because he was a local agent in my area and I was in need to save money on my auto insurance. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. He set me up with a policy with more coverage then I had with Mercury Insurance and lower monthly payments. Super happy I made the switch.

  This is a rebuttal to the prior review by Graham Cano, didn't even see this review till 2 years later, who actually Googles themselves, right? lol We pride ourselves on great service and would be appalled if what he described actually happened. I looked back since inception and he was never a customer of this office. Also, there is no way to enter everything wrong, computers check addresses, ID numbers and cross references them to make sure they are accurate. As for double billing, it is next to impossible since it is system generated, only way to get double billed is not to pay the last bill. For a more accurate representation of the level of service please find us on Yelp as a comparison.
